What we treat and offer
Cardiology conditions evaluated and managed by video, plus a small number of specialty programs — longevity-focused prevention, advanced lipid management, and more — for patients who want to go deeper than standard primary care.
Conditions we treat
Adult cardiology — the conditions that bring most patients to a cardiologist. Each page explains the condition, when to be concerned, and how a virtual cardiology workup handles it.
Palpitations
Heart racing, fluttering, or skipping — what causes it and how a cardiologist gets to an answer efficiently.
Chest Pain
How a cardiologist evaluates chest pain — what is and is not cardiac, and what testing is appropriate.
Atrial Fibrillation
AFib management — rhythm vs rate control, stroke-risk prevention, and what to expect with a cardiologist.
High Cholesterol
When LDL or apoB is elevated — what the numbers mean, what testing helps, and how treatment is decided.
Hypertension
Diagnosing and treating high blood pressure — from home monitoring to medication selection.
Syncope (Fainting)
Why people faint — the cardiac causes worth ruling out, and the workup a cardiologist does.
POTS
Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome — diagnosis, treatment, and the cardiology side of the workup.
Heart Failure
Modern heart-failure management — the four pillars of GDMT and how a cardiologist tunes therapy over time.
Valve Disease
Aortic, mitral, and other valvular conditions — how a cardiologist monitors severity and decides when to intervene.
Abnormal ECG
When a routine ECG flags something unusual — what the finding usually means and what comes next.
Our services
Specialty programs that go beyond standard primary-care cardiology — preventive cardiology with modern imaging and biomarkers, advanced lipid management, and other focused offerings.
Longevity Cardiology
Evidence-based cardiovascular risk reduction — moving beyond standard guidelines using genomics, advanced biomarkers, and modern imaging.
Advanced Lipid Management
Beyond standard cholesterol — apoB, Lp(a), advanced testing, and modern lipid-lowering therapy including PCSK9 inhibitors.
GLP-1 and Cardiac Risk
What a cardiologist adds for patients on or considering a GLP-1 (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide) when weight loss is part of the picture.
Statin Intolerance
When statins cause side effects — a systematic approach to identify true intolerance and find a regimen that works.
Pre-Surgery Cardiac Clearance
Cardiac risk assessment before a planned surgery — efficient virtual evaluation when you need clearance fast.
Cardiac Second Opinion
Cardiology second opinion online — board-certified, Harvard-trained cardiologist independently reviews your records, imaging, and proposed plan. Typically scheduled within the week by video. Written summary delivered after the visit.
Tests we order & interpret
We can order the cardiac tests you need — and review the results you already have. The test gets done at a local imaging center or lab; results come back for review and discussion at a follow-up video visit. Skip the multi-month wait for an in-person cardiologist appointment just to get an order written.
Testing close to your home, wherever you are. When we order labs, imaging, or cardiac diagnostic studies, the test gets done at a facility convenient to you. Recent orders include BayCare Outpatient Imaging (FL), Mass General Nuclear Cardiology Lab (MA), RAYUS Radiology (WA), Sutter Medical Group Cardiology (CA), and many more across the country.
