Yes. Dr. Rahul C. Deo holds an active medical license in Illinois and is permitted to provide cardiology consultation to Illinois residents by video. Each visit follows the same professional and clinical standards as an in-person consultation.

When testing is needed, Dr. Deo orders it at a lab, imaging center, or cardiology testing facility close to your home in Illinois. Results return electronically and are reviewed at your follow-up visit. The virtual model handles the vast majority of cardiology evaluation and management; we coordinate in-person testing as needed.

Most major insurance plans accepted in Illinois cover virtual cardiology visits the same way they cover in-person specialty visits. We bill insurance for plans we are in-network with; for out-of-network plans or self-pay, the visit fee is a flat rate paid at booking.
